Butter Cake Kukus

Bahan-bahan

8 biji telur ayam

250 g gula

440 g butter

380 g tepong gandum

1 sudu makan susu pekat

1 sudu tea vanilla

1 sudu makan ovalette

Cara membuatnya

1. Pukul telur dan gula hingga kembang.

2. Pukul mentega dengan susu hingga kembang juga.

3. Masukkan mentega ke dalam telur yang kembang tadi dan kacau hingga rata.

4. Masukkan tepung sedikit-sedikit diselangi dengan ovalette dan vanila hingga habis dan pukul adunan hingga menjadi pekat.

5. Gris loyang masukkan adunan dan kukus, tutup loyang dengan aluminium foil.

Kek ni boleh juga dibakar.

Steamed Butter Cake

Ingredients

8 eggs

250 g sugar

440 g butter

380 g all purpose flour

1 tbsp condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 tbsp ovalette

Steps

1. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.

2. In a separate bowl beat butter and milk until fluffy.

3. Pour the butter mixture in the beaten eggs and stir.

4. Gradually add in the flour alternating with the ovallette and vanilla essence until finish. Beat until ingredients are incorporated.

5. Pour in a greased pan. Cover the pan with aluminium foil to avoid the steam from dripping in the cake.

6. Steam the cake in the steamer.
